Shelli Davis-Redford,
B.S., LMT, MTI, CEP, CIMI, Herb Specialist, Aromatherapist,
Certified Spa Practitioner
President of the Texas Association of Massage Therapists
President of the North Texas Chapter of TAMT
Professional Associations include: Day Spa Association, Texas Association of
Massage Therapists, Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, and
the International Thai Therapists Association.
Graduated with honors from the Austin School of Massage Therapy and the
National Institute for Health Sciences.
Licensed practicing therapist for more than 14 years; Licensed Massage
Therapy Instructor and Continuing Education provider for more than 7 years.
Currently serves as a part-time CORE Program and Clinical Massage Instructor
for ATI's Professional Massage Therapy Program. Shelli is a Teaching Assistant for the Upledger Institute
for CranioSacral Therapy. Advanced course work/studies include: CranioSacral Therapy, Chinese
Medical Massage, Thai Massage, Advanced Orthopedic Massage, Pediatrics, Pre and Peri-Natal Care, Spa
Therapies, and much more.
Shelli has trained and worked as a massage therapist at two luxury resort hotels: the Four Seasons
Resort and Spa, and the Gaylord Spa Relache. Shelli has also trained staff and/or therapists at the Four
Seasons Resort and Spa, Terrace Retreat Spa in Southlake, Spa D’Aroma, Alleia Spa and Body
Contouring, and the Spa at the Hotel Crescent.
In addition, she maintains a thriving private practice in Hurst; specializing in
pain management, pediatrics, obstetrics, sports therapy, and serving the
financially underprivileged and terminally ill.
Shelli is a mother of three. She has worked with her oldest son since birth
providing alternative therapies to support his special needs. Her practice has
since moved strongly towards a pediatric focus with children having special
gifts: Autism, Tourette Syndrome, ADHD, ADD, Sensory Processing Disorder,
Rare Nervous System Disorders, CP, CF, Cleft Palate, Perthes Disease and
other Orthopedic Disorders.
